WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY?
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item. Return postage must be covered by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service with proof of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For health and safety reasons, we can only offer refunds on unused items. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Used items will not be eligible for a refund.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different shade/style/length (based on avaliability). Exchanged items must be unopened and unused, and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
If your order included a free gift, the gift must also be returned in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund.
For items purchased as part of a set or group of products under one product code, the entire set must be returned for a refund. We do not accept partial returns. In such cases, the items will be sent back, and no refund will be issued.
Once you've logged your return, please email our Customer Service team with details of the exchange or refund you're requesting, along with proof of postage or tracking. Exchanges will be processed within approximately 7 working days of receiving the returned items and will be sent via standard delivery, subject to availability.
